Common questions

How do I keep my sign-in?

Doormapr keeps you signed in until you sign out. To save your password, turn on AutoFill Passwords in iPhone Settings and tap Save when iOS offers.

How do I use it with no signal?

Open Settings › Offline map › Download my area while you have Wi-Fi. Your leads, notes and forms already work offline and sync when you're back in range.

How does mileage tracking work?

In Miles, turn on Track drives automatically and choose Always when asked. Drives start after about 30 seconds of driving and end after 3 minutes parked.

How do I add my team?

More › Teams › create a team, then Billing to choose seats. Invite agents by email from the team page.

How do I delete my account?

Settings › Delete account. Your leads and data are removed from our servers.
