Doormapr Privacy Policy

Doormapr ("we", "us") provides a field-sales routing and mileage tool. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account info: your email address, used to sign you in and secure your data. If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive only the relay email Apple provides.
• Location: with your permission, your device location is used to optimize your knocking route and to measure mileage for tax records. We do not sell location data.
• Lead data you import: names, addresses, and phone numbers you upload to organize your own prospecting. This is your business data and is not shared with third parties.
• Photos: photos you attach to a lead are stored with that lead.
• Usage data: basic, anonymized app usage to improve reliability.

How we use it

To provide routing, mileage tracking, lead management, and account features. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the app (e.g., cloud storage, maps/geocoding, and AI processing of lead sheets you upload). If your account is managed by an organization administrator, that administrator can see your activity metrics.

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account, or by emailing akzdigitalmarketing@gmail.com.

Your choices

You can disable location access in iOS Settings (mileage auto-tracking and routing will be limited). You can delete leads, photos, and your account in-app.
